Handmade Policy - Please Read!

I pour my heart into each piece I create, and because everything is truly made by hand, please expect some delightful variations from the photos listed. Ceramics ordered at different times may also have slight differences in size, shape, and glaze due to the nature of the handmade process.

Rest assured, every item that leaves my little studio has been carefully inspected and meets my quality standards. Size and ounce measurements provided are approximations and may vary slightly (generally less than 5%). These small variations are part of the unique charm of owning handmade art!

Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for your order! Just a heads-up that since it's usually just me (and my three feline supervisors!) carefully packing your handmade ceramics, I don't offer overnight or rush shipping options at this time. I truly appreciate your understanding!

I aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days after it's placed. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Please note that shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Damage Policy

I package your ceramics as carefully as possible, but sometimes those shipping gremlins still manage to cause trouble! If your purchase arrives broken, please email me within 3 days of delivery. I'm happy to offer a full refund or a replacement (depending on availability and your preference) for any damaged items.

To help me process your damage claim as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

• A photo of the damaged piece.
• A photo of the shipping box where the label is clearly visible.
• A photo of the inside of the box, showing the packaging materials.

Please email me right away with this information so I can file my claim with the shipping carrier promptly.

Return Policy

Your happiness with your new ceramics is really important to me! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, just contact me with your order details and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, including any damage that occurs during return shipping, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, I'll process your refund promptly.

Cancellations

Life happens! If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase with your order information, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
